SuperBryn lets you listen to simulation calls as they happen. This is useful for debugging, quality checking, and understanding how your agent handles specific scenarios.How to listen
- Go to the Jobs page
- Find a job with status Running
- Click the Listen button
- The Live Listen modal opens with real-time audio from the call
How it works
Live monitoring uses LiveKit’s real-time audio streaming. When a simulation call is active, you can join the LiveKit room as a listener without affecting the conversation. You hear both sides — the AI caller and your agent — in real-time.What you can observe
- How your agent responds to the scenario
- Latency between turns
- Whether the agent follows the expected flow
- How the agent handles interruptions or unexpected input
- Audio quality and TTS output clarity
Limitations
- You can only listen to calls that are currently running
- Listening is passive — you cannot intervene in the call
- Audio quality depends on your network connection to LiveKit
