Overview

SuperBryn lets you listen to simulation calls as they happen. This is useful for debugging, quality checking, and understanding how your agent handles specific scenarios.

How to listen

  1. Go to the Jobs page
  2. Find a job with status Running
  3. Click the Listen button
  4. The Live Listen modal opens with real-time audio from the call

How it works

Live monitoring uses LiveKit’s real-time audio streaming. When a simulation call is active, you can join the LiveKit room as a listener without affecting the conversation. You hear both sides — the AI caller and your agent — in real-time.

What you can observe

  • How your agent responds to the scenario
  • Latency between turns
  • Whether the agent follows the expected flow
  • How the agent handles interruptions or unexpected input
  • Audio quality and TTS output clarity

Limitations

  • You can only listen to calls that are currently running
  • Listening is passive — you cannot intervene in the call
  • Audio quality depends on your network connection to LiveKit
