Get started in four steps

1

Create a project

After signing in, create a new project and select your industry (Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, etc.). Projects are containers for your agents — you can organize them by product line or team.
2

Configure your agent

Add your voice agent’s details:
  • Name and phone number (E.164 format)
  • Type: inbound or outbound
  • Language and gender for voice matching
  • Provider: Vapi, Retell, LiveKit, Twilio, or others
Then define what your agent does:
  • Call flow: Build visually, import JSON, or auto-generate from a text description
  • Policy & guardrails: The rules your agent must follow
  • Knowledge base: Upload reference documents (FAQs, product docs, policies)
3

Validate with Ring 0

Click Validate My Agent to run Ring 0 diagnosis. This checks that your call flow and policies are structurally sound, generates a sample scenario, and runs a quick simulation to verify connectivity.
4

Generate scenarios and run simulations

Go to Evaluators, select a ring and path, then click Generate Scenarios. SuperBryn’s AI creates realistic test cases. Select scenarios and click Run Calls to launch simulated conversations against your agent.Monitor calls in real-time, then review results with step-by-step evaluation and metrics.
